Our inhouse training facility enables us to provide practical training for our team. WebBSW have ordered the wrong one. It doesn’t fit. Now we are 2&1/2 weeks in with no hot water and BSW can only send a supervisor out to have a look in January. Zero customer service. Phone calls never returned.
