WebEdit: got it working in the other thread. The array couldn't find the HDDs in the array, but knew there supposed to be six of them. It seems that the UUIDs were altered in the update. But given your other explanation - that the system doesn't really have corrupted trees (as visible from btrfs check output) then this is indeed caused by some timing issues with the hard drives not being able to be brought up. I tried to mount the array in degraded mode, but that didn't work either.
