WebEthereal Blade and Decrepify are only dispelled if they were applied by enemies. Ghost Scepter and Ghost Shroud are always dispelled by spell immunity. If they (E-Blade/Decrepify) were applied by yourself or an ally, spell immunity does not dispel them and thus you can stack ethereal state with spell immunity.
