Some QL tractors did have a lever on the right hand side of the tunnel cover that released the non automatic valves. If your machine does not have this lever, it likely has automatic valves.

Match a socket to the size of the bolts connecting the frame cover to the tractor. Pour hydraulic fluid into the vent hole. Stop pouring when the fluid level reaches the "Full" line.
